Rock Climbing- You Need To Brace Yourself With A Good Pair Of Shoes
Rock climbing is an outdoor activity that can be carried out indoors as well. It calls for strength and a lot of control because, you mostly make use of your arms and legs to pull yourself through the rocks. Furthermore, your brain needs to be alert for it to be able to bring about muscle coordination. Rock climbing is a dangerous sport activity that must be handled with care.
The sport calls for few or no spectators, reason being that it is a highly engaging sport. It is also faced with a lot of danger and one needs to be highly cautious to avoid being injured in the process. Bearing in mind that the rocks are steep and slippery, there is need to be very careful through the activity. This is not all though; you need to brace yourself with a good pair of shoes and some other climbing equipment.
Among these is a rope. To effectively make use of the rope, you need to learn a few tricks, which basically constitute about half of the sport. You need to know how to fasten the rope around your body and how to hold on to it against the rocks to prevent accidental falling. You need also to know how to make use of the hook at the end of the rope to get hold of the rocks, so that you can support yourself as you climb.
Rock climbing has a long history as a sport. It began towards the end of the nineteenth century in the Victorian Alps. Over the years it graduated from being a hobby among the chosen few into an athletic activity recognized by many. Today, the sport has become so widely practiced that people have even come up with indoor rock climbing activities. This requires that they come up with their own man made features that resemble the natural mountains.

Dude, are you that stupid? IF so get Neutered. We need to stop your gene pool ASAP.
What kind of grading system are you talking about! Every gym ive been to (ive pretty much been everywhere because i compete) uses the vermin grading system! The color tape means nothing opposed to the grade!
see what i did there? / i thought it was funny
what color tape is your wife?
can i fuck your wife?
@homefriguy wow! since I wrote that comment ive gotten alot better at bouldering, V3s-V5s and Better at top roping those pesky 5.11s.
@pmurph5 same as me, but it varies, i can do some v3′s
@lopside0 agreed
None of these things are standard, and in fact I’ve never been to a gym that used a grading system anything like this. All the places I’ve been to simply use YDS and Hueco Tanks “Vermin” grading systems. This is sorta a stupid video.
I do 5.11s and v2. (as you can see, Im much better at top ropeing than bouldering.)
Hey you should set up your own channel so I can subscribe and just get rock climbing info?
Also videotape yourselves rock climbing hard climbs?!
I’m new to rock climbing and watching people use the different techniques would be awesome!
thanks, ur wifes pretty by the way.
ahh i see now, i was wonder what those pieces of tape were, thanks so much
decent sized holds on a V6? You need to boulder more dude
On most routes past 5.6 indoors, your feet have to be on the colored tape as well. It should say at the bottom of the route. You don’t need to go in the order at all but it helps to see where you climb at.
There are some routes with numbers. I understand your hands have to be on them but your feet can use any holds. Also u do not need to go in order for the numbers. Anyone correct me on this?
he has a hot wife
Expert village names it. He had probally meant for this video to be “how routes or shown/labeled” etc..
